slice vegetables into big slices soak
soy bean curd in water fry mushrooms till they get bromnish then drain
the say curd from the water and add the softened soy curd to the pot and
fry together with the mushrooms adding soy sauce and black soy sauce to
flavor it then after they have become brownish and taste good and the
vegetables little at a time and keep on adding soy sauce and black soy
sauce to taste No need for salt because the soy sauce is salty It takes
just a few minutes of frying and it's ready.
The rice should be fried a little with
oil and then add boiled water at a proportion of 1.9 cups of water to
each cup of rice, then close the pot and cook on low fire for about 20
minutes stiring every now and then
